Easy Crock Pot Reuben Dip-Spread
Recipe: #4467

"This is so easy, quick and inexpensive to prepare. Everything are items you can purchase from your local grocery store - and just "dump" in the crock pot - yet, it is a really good recipe. I love to serve this with small "Cocktail Breads," which are available at almost all grocery stores, but you can always purchase a loaf of rye or pumpernickel and cut the slices in triangles. Crackers, toasted baguettes, and small par boiled red potatoes are all good choices. This can also be served in a warm bread bowl as well."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Crock Pot ... Add all the ingredients to a small crock pot and mix well. This recipe doesn't do well in a large crock pot. You want a 1 1/2-3 qt size.
Step 2
Cook ... Low setting for 1 1/2-2 hours. This can also be cooked on the stove top in about 30 minutes if you prefer that method. But heat it slowly.
Step 3
Serve ... With "Cocktail Sized" Rye or Pumpernickel breads, or you can slice up a loaf of rye or pumpernickel bread in triangles. Baby par boil red potatoes are fun, vegetables; or even serve in a bread bowl. A variety of crackers are also great to serve with this dip. ENJOY!
