Step by Step Method
Step 1
Pour melted butter into an 8 inch baking dish.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients EXCEPT bananas in a bowl. Pour mixture over melted butter or margarine. Slice bananas and drop into batter.

Bake 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees F until top is brown.
Step 4
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar (if desired).
