"This is the only method I use to make long grain rice. It is so easy and always turns out perfectly for me. If gluten intolerant make sure you are using gluten free chicken stock."

Step 1

Bring these ingredients to a boil in pot.

Step 2

Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and let simmer for 15 minutes. Do not remove lid.

Step 3

Remove pot from burner and set aside for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Give pot a good shake and serve or use rice as called for in recipes.

Dissie

This is exactly how I make my rice, sometimes I use olive oil instead of butter. I never let it go the full twenty minutes that it says and its always perfect. I make it with beef broth too. So good!
