Step by Step Method

Step 1

In 1st skillet cook chopped bite size pieces of bacon, salami and sausage.

Step 2

Add mushrooms, peppers and onions to soften.

Step 3

In second skillet heat butter.

Step 4

Beat egg mixture, seasoning to taste.

Step 5

Pour in hot skillet and let set.

Step 6

Put cooked mixture on one side of omelet and put spinach on top then tomatoes then cheese.

Step 7

Cover pan so spinach wilts and cheese melts.

Step 8

Fold over and plate.
