Wow, this was good!! I used only a little sugar for the cream and very dark chocolate because I feared it might be too sweet. It was perfect. I considered using the jar of dulce de leche for other things, too, but I think I'll only use it to make this recipe for the next two weeks or so... Thanks for sharing! Made as extra for The Amazing Race / Mexico

This was a wonderful cup of coffee. The dulce de leche offered a nice sweet addition to the drink. I used dark chocolate for the topping, and it added a rich depth to the coffee that meshed well with the rich caramel sweetness of the dulce de leche. Thank you for sharing your recipe, ForeverMama. We loved it!

Wow, was this ever good. I loved it, creamy, sweet and delicious. I am slowly sipping and savoring every drop. I also garnished with a drizzle of dulce leche over the whipped cream before I added the ground chocolate . It is wonderful. Thank you for sharing a new favorite treat.

Wow! What a start to Round 2 of Susie's World Tour 2019! I must admit to having doubts about coffee without milk (a "must" for Cubans), but the melted dulce de leche took care of that! I made a super strong espresso in my Moka brewer and it was perfectly tempered with the sweetness and the whipped cream. I also drizzled a little dulce over the whipped cream. Wow again. I want another cup but can't justify the calories. Yet. Thanks for posting!
