Step by Step Method
Step 1
Saute onions and bell peppers in large covered sauce pan until softened and onions translucent.
Step 2
Add garlic and curry powder.
Step 3
Add rice, stir to coat.
Step 4
Add seasoning to taste.
Step 5
Add broth and peas, bring to a boil and cover.
Step 6
Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
Step 7
Take off heat and leave covered for 5 minutes.
Step 8
Add green onions toss and fluff.
