Step 1: Saute onions and bell peppers in large covered sauce pan until softened and onions translucent.
Step 2: Add garlic and curry powder.
Step 3: Add rice, stir to coat.
Step 4: Add seasoning to taste.
Step 5: Add broth and peas, bring to a boil and cover.
Step 6: Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
Step 7: Take off heat and leave covered for 5 minutes.
Step 8: Add green onions toss and fluff.
