Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C.
Step 2
Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
Step 3
Using an electric mixer to beat the butter and combined sugar in a bowl until pale and creamy and then add the egg and beat until well combined.
Step 4
Add the combined flours and cocoa powder and stir until combined.
Step 5
Add the white chocolate and dark chocolate and stir to combine.
Step 6
Roll tablespoons of the mixture into balls and arrange on the lined trays allowing room for spreading.
Step 7
Bake, swapping trays halfway through and cooking, for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 8
Set aside on the trays to cool.
