"This famous Nebraksa gem (since the 1940's) is cousins with French dressing. The original is very sweet, but I've tweaked it to make it less so. Adjust to your liking!"

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients except cornstarch. Taste and adjust to your preference of sweetness. If you want a thicker dressing, add the cornstarch. Whisk. You can also do this in a mini blender, like a Nutri Bullet.

Step 2

Pour the dressing into a lidded jar. Refrigerate overnight for best flavor. Shake well before using, to emulsify the dressing.
