"I've been drinking this every morning for the past 5 weeks and I've never had more energy, and lost 22 pounds (so far) just make it and drink it and you will see what I'm saying, of coarse a healthy diet is recommended along with it :) --- I don't have a juicer so I use my blender I add a little water or unsweetened fruit juice, this will help the ingredients liquefy more easily in a blender. The high fiber content of this drink ensure that the body evacuates toxins, starches, and rapid-absorption components of unhealthy foods --- It’s not necessary to follow this recipe 100% you can always omit some of the ingredients or change the amounts to your taste. This green drink recipe is what Doctor Oz recommended on his show. The more closely you follow Doctor Oz’s green drink recipe, the better results you will experience. Yield: 3-4 servings, about 28-30 ounces -- I should also mention the first few days of drinking this may leave you very tired because it releases a ton of toxins from your body, after a few days you should be fine."
