1/4 fresh whole pineapple, peeled (I slice into quarters and use one quarter)
2 cups fresh baby spinach (about 2 good handfuls)
1/4 whole lemon (I peel the outer layer of yellow peel and leave the white on then slice into quarters and use one quarter -- if your making it in a juicer I guess you could leave the peel on)
1/2 cucumber (I peel the cucumber, I find it to bitter)
1/4 whole lime (I slice into quarters and use one quarter -- same as the lemon I peel the outer layer of green peel and leave the white on)
1/4 head of celery (I use the top green leaves)
1/4 whole orange (I slice into quarters and use one quarter)
1/2 bunch fresh parsley
1 bunch fresh mint
3 whole carrots (coarsley shred if using a blender)
2 apples (I use green apples, I leave the peel on)
1 whole banana (I chop the banana into slices then freeze)
Water or unsweetened fruit juice (if needed for a blender)
How to Make
Step 1:
Place all ingredients in a juicer or blender, blend until smooth.
Step 2:
Store any remaining drink in the fridge for up to 2 days.
