This recipe proves that simple wins the yummy award more times than not. In addition to the carrots also added some parsnips (a favorite) and oh my, they tasted delicious. Love the dill seed here, yum, yummy. So good with roasted chicken we had for dinner. Thank you, Dee, for sharing.
