"Just recently not having time to do a search and wanting to add a new to us sauce for our first planked grilled salmon of the season I put in a request hoping for members to share a few of their favorites, when that didn't happen I thought to a recipe a friend passed my way. Out came my old handwritten recipe book, within minutes under Fish there it was. If memory serves I am thinking she said it was a Canadian Living recipe. Served alongside Tartar Sauce and Seafood Cocktail the three made for great presentation, this sauce was declared a real winner. A double recipe made for an empty bowl. Adding to my Recipe Page to assure it doesn't go missing as well as making it an easy find for my family."

Dilly & lemony! Delish! Served it over rainbow trout. I have a photo and will post it when I figure out how to do this with Win 10. Thanks for sharing another keeper Gerry! Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.

I cut the recipe in half for just me and used fresh dill and lemon, which is always so good. I also used half Cain's Mayonnaise with olive oil and half Fat Free Greek Yogurt mixed together. It was delicious served with baked haddock and I also used it when I made some swordfish fish sticks. So yummy with both. Thank you so much for this recipe Gerry. Linda

I made a few batches of this to serve with smoked salmon. I ran out of lemons so 1 batch was made with bottled lemon juice. The batches made with fresh squeezed lemon juice were fantastic, I could eat this with a spoon it was that good. The 1 batch made with bottled lemon juice was good but did not compare to the batches with freshly squeezed lemon juice so I highly recommend using the fresh stuff as the recipe poster used. Thx for sharing this recipe here Gerry, it will be made often.
