Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a skillet melt the butter. Add in mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms loose their water and are browned.
Step 2
Add in garlic and herbs. Cook 2 minutes. Stir in flour.
Step 3
Add wine, mustard, cream and salt. Whisk until smooth and bubbly.
Step 4
Season with pepper.
