Step by Step Method
Step 1
Wash mushrooms,drain; dry; remove stems.
Step 2
Place mushroom caps,stems in lightly greased 2 1/2 quart casserole dish.
Step 3
Season with salt,pepper,lemon juice.
Step 4
Mash hard-cooked egg yolks;add raw egg yolks; bread crumbs; butter, hot sauce and blend well.
Step 5
Sprinkle egg-crumb mixture on top of mushrooms.
Step 6
Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Step 7
Enjoy.
