Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a small bowl,add egg yolks and mash well.

Step 2

Add all remaining ingredients( except for paprika )and mix well.

Step 3

Divide egg yolk mixture evenly between egg whites and sprinkle with paprika. Chill for 30 minutes.

These are just like my Mother use to make...she passed the recipe down to me...but now that it's just the hubby and I it's nice to have the ingredients downsized for 2...thanks for sharing it...made for "Alphabet" tag game...

Love deviled eggs, our family favorite makes far too many for one or two people, how good to find a similar one that makes it super easy and no more guesswork for two eggs. Made as posted using Hellman's mayo.Enjoyed!
