This is easy and a step above regular grilled cheese. I used two slices of sliced swiss cheese and 2 tomato slices on whole wheat bread using just a bit of butter -using a panini press. So good! Thanks for sharing!

YUMMMMMMMMMMMM - I used two slices of low carb white bread cut from the centre of a cob loaf. I buttered the two slices and then on one slice on the buttered side I placed two slices of American Cheddar and then topped with three slices of tomatoes which I lightly salted and finely topped with two slices of Red American Cheddar and then topped with second slice of buttered bread butter side down and then placed in my snack maker using the panini plates and 5 minutes later a super delicious ooey gooey sandwich.
