"I made this up. It's amazing, not famous. My kids are goofs and I love playing with them. lol I cooked it in the rice cooker. Amazon has some pretty good steel cut oats and I like the lemon marmalade a lot, it's pretty versatile."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Add ingredients to rice cooker,( or a saucepan simmer 10 minutes on low) I cook longer cause I like it thick but my cheap rice cooker turns off when done.

Step 2

Leave the lid off, oats foam up.

Step 3

Cook until soft adding water as needed.

Step 4

Add a tablespoon of lemon marmalade and stir through.
