Step 1: Add ingredients to rice cooker,( or a saucepan simmer 10 minutes on low) I cook longer cause I like it thick but my cheap rice cooker turns off when done.
Step 2: Leave the lid off, oats foam up.
Step 3: Cook until soft adding water as needed.
Step 4: Add a tablespoon of lemon marmalade and stir through.
