Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook macaroni in boiling water until al dente.
Step 2
Drain salmon.
Step 3
Break it into bite-size pieces.
Step 4
Make Sauce: Melt butter.
Step 5
Saute mushrooms and onion until transparent. Blend in flour, stirring constantly.

Slowly stir milk into saucepan mixture.

Cook until smooth and thick, stirring constantly. Add lemon juice, dill, capers, and parsley.

Mix well.
Step 9
Spoon pasta into sprayed casserole dish.
Step 10
Put salmon on top.

Sprinkle with 3/4 cup cheese.
Step 12
Pour sauce over it, and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
Step 13
Bake at 375 for 25 min or until hot and lightly browned.
