Step 1: Cook macaroni in boiling water until al dente.
Step 2: Drain salmon.
Step 3: Break it into bite-size pieces.
Step 4: Make Sauce: Melt butter.
Step 5: Saute mushrooms and onion until transparent. Blend in flour, stirring constantly.
Step 6: Slowly stir milk into saucepan mixture.
Step 7: Cook until smooth and thick, stirring constantly. Add lemon juice, dill, capers, and parsley.
Step 8: Mix well.
Step 9: Spoon pasta into sprayed casserole dish.
Step 10: Put salmon on top.
Step 11: Sprinkle with 3/4 cup cheese.
Step 12: Pour sauce over it, and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
Step 13: Bake at 375 for 25 min or until hot and lightly browned.
