Step by Step Method
Step 1
Put crockpot ingredients into the crockpot.
Step 2
Season chicken.
Step 3
Cook low and slow for 8 hours.
Step 4
Remove chicken, debone and deskin.
Step 5
Shred.
Step 6
Strain the soup.
Step 7
Plate: put cooked rice in bowl.
Step 8
Place some shredded chicken on top.
Step 9
Add minced green onions.
Step 10
Season lightly and add strained broth over.
Step 11
Can add garnish topping to taste in each bowl, they serve it just straight sometimes.
