Step 1

Peel and cut your daikon slices.

Step 2

Mix together the mayo, cilntro & garlic powder.

Step 3

Spread 1 teaspoon of the mayo mixture on each daikon slice.

Step 4

Top with 1/2 shrimp.

Step 5

Decorate with a cilantro leaf.

Step 6

Hold in fridge until serving.
