Step 1: Peel and cut your daikon slices.
Step 2: Mix together the mayo, cilntro & garlic powder.
Step 3: Spread 1 teaspoon of the mayo mixture on each daikon slice.
Step 4: Top with 1/2 shrimp.
Step 5: Decorate with a cilantro leaf.
Step 6: Hold in fridge until serving.
