  • Daikon (12 1/4" X 2" slices of peeled daikon)
  • 6 large (1 1/2 ounces) shrimp (cooked, cut in half longways)
  • 3 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 12 cilantro leaves (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Peel and cut your daikon slices.

  • Step 2: Mix together the mayo, cilntro & garlic powder.

  • Step 3: Spread 1 teaspoon of the mayo mixture on each daikon slice.

  • Step 4: Top with 1/2 shrimp.

  • Step 5: Decorate with a cilantro leaf.

  • Step 6: Hold in fridge until serving.
