"POTATO MEAT DUMPLING from Mary Planet 1962, Ohio Czech cookbook. Can use ham or bacon (use leftover ham or pork already roasted) all ground. Serve with onions fried in butter."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Drain grated potatoes. (I'm cooking then grating potatoes)
Step 2
Add eggs, bread crumbs, meat and seasoning and mix well.
Step 3
Make into little round balls, size of egg.
Step 4
Roll in flour (as much as it will absorb).
Step 5
Drop into boiling water, salted.
Step 6
Boil for 1/2 hour.
