Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds cooked potatoes, grated (8 large)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups fresh bread crumbs
  • 3/4 pound ground pork

How to Make

  • Step 1: Drain grated potatoes. (I'm cooking then grating potatoes)

  • Step 2: Add eggs, bread crumbs, meat and seasoning and mix well.

  • Step 3: Make into little round balls, size of egg.

  • Step 4: Roll in flour (as much as it will absorb).

  • Step 5: Drop into boiling water, salted.

  • Step 6: Boil for 1/2 hour.
