Step by Step Method
Step 1
Season pork chops with salt, pepper, paprika and some caraway seeds.
Step 2
Lightly dust with flour.
Step 3
Saute in a large skillet in hot oil.
Step 4
Cover for 20 minutes, turning 10 minutes in.
Step 5
When done, remove.
Step 6
Add chicken broth to the pan to scrape up all the bits.
Step 7
Add chops back in and cook 5 minutes more.
