  • 1 pound pork chops
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

How to Make

  • Step 1: Season pork chops with salt, pepper, paprika and some caraway seeds.

  • Step 2: Lightly dust with flour.

  • Step 3: Saute in a large skillet in hot oil.

  • Step 4: Cover for 20 minutes, turning 10 minutes in.

  • Step 5: When done, remove.

  • Step 6: Add chicken broth to the pan to scrape up all the bits.

  • Step 7: Add chops back in and cook 5 minutes more.
