Step 1: Season pork chops with salt, pepper, paprika and some caraway seeds.
Step 2: Lightly dust with flour.
Step 3: Saute in a large skillet in hot oil.
Step 4: Cover for 20 minutes, turning 10 minutes in.
Step 5: When done, remove.
Step 6: Add chicken broth to the pan to scrape up all the bits.
Step 7: Add chops back in and cook 5 minutes more.
