Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cut the cauliflower into small florets.

Step 2

Finely chop the chives, green onions, kohlrabi and grate the carrot on a coarse grater.

Step 3

Fry a light roux: saute butter and flour.

Step 4

Add water and beat with a whisk and bring to a boil over low heat.

Step 5

Add all the vegetables, paprika, cumin, nutmeg, pepper and salt.

Step 6

Mix and cook on a simmer for 45 minutes after boiling.

Step 7

If necessary, add boiled hot water and season to taste.
