Step 1: Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
Step 2: Finely chop the chives, green onions, kohlrabi and grate the carrot on a coarse grater.
Step 3: Fry a light roux: saute butter and flour.
Step 4: Add water and beat with a whisk and bring to a boil over low heat.
Step 5: Add all the vegetables, paprika, cumin, nutmeg, pepper and salt.
Step 6: Mix and cook on a simmer for 45 minutes after boiling.
Step 7: If necessary, add boiled hot water and season to taste.
