Step 1

Meat butter in stock pot

Step 2

Add flour and cook

Step 3

Add nutmeg ,salt and pepper

Cook

Add broth whisking

Add water

Bring to boil whisking

Add cauliflower

Step 9

Simmer covered 25 minutes until cauliflower is tender

Mix the egg yolk and cream in a bowl

Temper the cream

Add to soup

Bring to almost ,boiling ,but dont boil

Step 14

Whisking all the time can add parsley now or if fancy

Step 15

Sprinkle parsley on top of bowl of soup
