Step 1: Meat butter in stock pot
Step 2: Add flour and cook
Step 3: Add nutmeg ,salt and pepper
Step 4: Cook
Step 5: Add broth whisking
Step 6: Add water
Step 7: Bring to boil whisking
Step 8: Add cauliflower
Step 9: Simmer covered 25 minutes until cauliflower is tender
Step 10: Mix the egg yolk and cream in a bowl
Step 11: Temper the cream
Step 12: Add to soup
Step 13: Bring to almost ,boiling ,but dont boil
Step 14: Whisking all the time can add parsley now or if fancy
Step 15: Sprinkle parsley on top of bowl of soup
