Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/16 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 head cauliflower (they called it cauliflowerets, just bust the cauliflower up fine)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoons parsley, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Meat butter in stock pot

  • Step 2: Add flour and cook

  • Step 3: Add nutmeg ,salt and pepper

  • Step 4: Cook

  • Step 5: Add broth whisking

  • Step 6: Add water

  • Step 7: Bring to boil whisking

  • Step 8: Add cauliflower

  • Step 9: Simmer covered 25 minutes until cauliflower is tender

  • Step 10: Mix the egg yolk and cream in a bowl

  • Step 11: Temper the cream

  • Step 12: Add to soup

  • Step 13: Bring to almost ,boiling ,but dont boil

  • Step 14: Whisking all the time can add parsley now or if fancy

  • Step 15: Sprinkle parsley on top of bowl of soup
