Step by Step Method

Heat oven to 400ºF

Spray a baking dish with pan spray.

In a saucepan

Over med-high heat, heat oil.

Add onion and cook until translucent.

Blend in flour, brown sugar, curry powder, salt and cinnamon.

Add bouillon cube, water, ketchup, applesauce, and apricot preserves and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and allow glaze to simmer for 5 min. Dip Pork chops

One at a time, into glaze to coat well and arrange on a baking dish.

Reserve rest of glaze.
Step 11
Bake pork chops for 20 minutes(30 minutes)

Spoon remaining glaze over pork chops and bake for 20 more minutes( 35 minutes) until tender
