Step 1: Heat oven to 400ºF
Step 2: Spray a baking dish with pan spray.
Step 3: In a saucepan
Step 4: Over med-high heat, heat oil.
Step 5: Add onion and cook until translucent.
Step 6: Blend in flour, brown sugar, curry powder, salt and cinnamon.
Step 7: Add bouillon cube, water, ketchup, applesauce, and apricot preserves and bring to a boil.
Step 8: Reduce heat and allow glaze to simmer for 5 min. Dip Pork chops
Step 9: One at a time, into glaze to coat well and arrange on a baking dish.
Step 10: Reserve rest of glaze.
Step 11: Bake pork chops for 20 minutes(30 minutes)
Step 12: (I would cover)
Step 13: Spoon remaining glaze over pork chops and bake for 20 more minutes( 35 minutes) until tender
