Crumbed Lamb steak With Swede Mash

"Saw this being made on a repeat of an old cooking show about 15 year old but the steak looked delicious so went on a hunt for the recipe."

For the mash, peel and roughly chop the swede and boil in water until soft when tested with the point of a knife.
Preheat the grill/broiler to a high heat.
Massage the lamb all over with the mustard.
On a plate combine the breadcrumbs, parmesan and thyme.
Take the steak and roll in the breadcrumb mix so that it is evenly covered.
Grill/broil the steak for six minutes on each side or until done to your liking.
Drain the swede, mash with the butter and season and serve both together.
