Step 1

Get out a crock pot that's at least 5 quarts. Put in everything except the bacon and green onions.

Step 2

Put the lid on and cook for 4-5 hours on low.

Step 3

When finished, stir everything before serving and add the crumbled bacon and green onions on top of it all.

Very good! I cut it down for 6 and used a small crock pot that only works on low. Still turned out great. Mine was a little sweet, but it may have been the corn. I used corn I had put up this summer and it was really sweet already. We love creamed corn and this was a very rich version of it! Thanks for sharing.
