The ingredients are:
  • 10 cups corn, frozen (thawed, 50 ounces)
  • 24 ounces cream cheese (cubed, three 8 ounce packages each, creamed)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 60 grams bacon strips (cooked and crumbled, 4 strips, for garnish)
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Get out a crock pot that's at least 5 quarts. Put in everything except the bacon and green onions.

  • Step 2: Put the lid on and cook for 4-5 hours on low.

  • Step 3: When finished, stir everything before serving and add the crumbled bacon and green onions on top of it all.
