LOVED this dinner! It was a breeze to toss into the crock pot in the morning (I had 2 pounds of beef stew meat, so I doubled the soups/dried onion) and I served over whole wheat egg noodles. It tasted great and was in the crock pot in less than five minutes. An EXCELLENT weeknight dinner! (And the kids loved it too.)

Well, I'm tucking this recipe into my Best of 2022 for several reasons. It is pure comfort food (especially served over mashed potatoes). The beef is super tender and flavorful. It's sooooo easy to prep and the crockpot does the rest. I will definitely put this one into rotation for busy weeknights when comfort food is needed. My only recommendation is to double the amount of beef. I used one pound and thought it was enough for two. Thank you for this winner!

This was quite good. I served the beef tips over mashed potatoes with steamed peas on the side, and it made for a very nice meal. I could find the beefy mushroom soup, so I made a homemade version (from a recipe I found online) that included beef consommé , canned mushroom stems, beef base, some herbs and a bit of flour for thickening. It seemed to be a good substitute. It's a great recipe, and I'll be sure to make this again. Thanks, WhatamIgonnaeatnext.

Good and easy -- served over egg noodles for a very easy meal. I couldn't find beefy mushroom soup so I used one can cream of mushroom and I can tomato mushroom which worked out well for us. Thanks for sharing!
