Step 1: Cut the beef tips or the stew meat into bite-sized pieces. Salt and pepper to taste and place in the crock-pot. Add the dry onion flakes.
Step 2: Mix the soups together and pour over the meat that is already in the crock pot.
Step 3: Cook everything on low for 6 hours.
Step 4: This can be served over rice or mashed potatoes.
