Step by Step Method
Step 1
Beat egg and milk together in bowl. In another bowl mix crackers, garlic powder,Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Roll chicken first in egg mixture then in cracker mixture.
Step 3
Melt butter in a 9x13 inch baking pan. Roll coated chicken pieces in the butter (careful not to burn your hand or arm on the hot pan!).
Step 4
Place them skin side up in the pan.
Step 5
Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until done at 400 degrees.
