Creamy Mango Mousse - No Cook
"Found at verybestbakingdotcom, this type recipe is also commonly known as a FOOL (an old-fashioned English dessert of puréed fruit folded into whipped cream). This FOOL blends chilled & whipped evaporated milk w/mango & then uses mint leaves as an extra accent. The yield is 12 1/2 cup servings, but the recipe is easily halved to serve 6. The times do not include the required 6 1/2 hr chill time, so plan ahead for that (Pls read Prep Steps 1&2). ENJOY!"
