Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9 X 9 inch baking pan and set it aside.
Step 2
Mix the brown sugar, walnuts, and the cinnamon together.
Step 3
In a different bowl, mix the baking mix, sugar, egg, and milk. Spread this into the greased pan. Then sprinkle the brown sugar mixture over the top of that. Place the cranberry sauce on top.
Step 4
Bake it for 20 to 30 minutes.
Step 5
In a bowl, mix the glaze ingredients together, then drizzle over the top of the warm coffee cake upon taking it out of the oven.
