"Just as good or better than a local cranberrie candy shop. You can make it either with sugar or diabetic using sugar free jello and sugar free suger.Found in Oregonian though. It is fast and easy if you exclude drying time. as you do not cook to a temperature just cook a specific amount of time. I changed the drying process as it used a sugar board and I found that made bottom of candy soggy. Found this in the 1990's I like it better with 2 tsp of unflavored gelatin or 1 packet instead of 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin.I make this for a friend by request every Christmas for her and her family. acctually she sometimes asks for it other times also. UPDATE: the last time I used blackberry fusion and raspberry Yummy Most of the time I use cherry and raspberry You canmake totaly diabetic friendly instead of cranberry sauce making own by saucepan 1 bag cranberries, 1 cup water, 1 package sugar free jello add more sweetener if needed. heat until thick. I have no idea how much makes it was on a web cite too sweet for me so I use 2/3 cup sugar"
