"Slightly modified RecipeZaar recipe from 2002, by Terri F. This is the easiest and one of the best cranberry relishes I've ever tasted! Note: Toast walnuts in a medium-hot iron skillet, constantly stirring, until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes."

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2

In a 2 quart baking dish sprayed with cooking spray, mix cranberries, sugar, salt, and extract.

Step 3

COVER DISH and bake for 1 hour.

Step 4

Stir in walnuts, marmalade, and lemon juice.

Step 5

Chill until serving time.
