Cowboy Burger
"I love burgers and am always willing to try a new one. This one is from Kraft with a bit of tweaking from me This recipe is an onion lovers paradise. I like tomix in some fresh sliced mushrooms with the onions. I like to add lettuce too. I used 1 tablespoon Hot Mama's Okanagan Sauce along with 2 tablespoons of Bull's Eye BBQ sauce - very spicy and just the way we love it. You may, if you like smaller burgers, make 4 hamburgers. Just increase a bun, cheese & tomato slice. It is also very nice to mix 1/2 ground pork with half ground beef."
