Step 1

In large skillet, over medium-heat, cook and stir shrimp and garlic in butter 3-5 minutes or until shrimp are pink and done.

Step 2

Remove from heat. Stir in wine and mustard.

Step 3

Return to heat; cook 2-3 minutes more or until heated through. Remove from heat. Stir in parsley.

Step 4

Garnish with kale, if desired.
