Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard (country dijon mustard, or Dijon)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
  • Kale, garnishment

How to Make

  • Step 1: In large skillet, over medium-heat, cook and stir shrimp and garlic in butter 3-5 minutes or until shrimp are pink and done.

  • Step 2: Remove from heat. Stir in wine and mustard.

  • Step 3: Return to heat; cook 2-3 minutes more or until heated through. Remove from heat. Stir in parsley.

  • Step 4: Garnish with kale, if desired.
