Step 1: In large skillet, over medium-heat, cook and stir shrimp and garlic in butter 3-5 minutes or until shrimp are pink and done.
Step 2: Remove from heat. Stir in wine and mustard.
Step 3: Return to heat; cook 2-3 minutes more or until heated through. Remove from heat. Stir in parsley.
Step 4: Garnish with kale, if desired.
