Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a skillet cook bacon until crisp, remove bacon to paper toweling, but keep bacon fat in skillet.
Step 2
In skillet stir fry the peppers in the bacon fat and then add the next 4 ingredients (-parsley).
Step 3
In a baking dish combine all ingredients except for bacon. Crumble bacon on top of mixture.
Step 4
Place in oven at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes and serve warm. (Original recipe did not give oven temp but just said keep warm in oven)
